The FMN Prize for Innovation initiative was established to foster new ideas and innovations within Nigeria's food and agro-allied sector, promoting a sustainable food system. Managed by the PFI team at Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc (FMN), the initiative assesses, reviews, and supports winning ideas, providing resources to enhance business sustainability.
Founded in 1960, FMN evolved into a major brand in Africa's foods and agro-allied industry, with strategic investments covering key sectors such as Food, Sugar, and Agro-allied.
With an aim to encourage innovators in the food and agro-allied sector, the 3rd season focuses on driving food self-sufficiency in Nigeria.

Requirements for FMN Prize for Innovation Qualification
- Open to Nigerian residents aged 18 and above, excluding organizer employees and their close relatives.
- No entry fee or purchase necessary.
- Only one entry per person allowed.
