Eligibility
Open to Junior (JS) 2 & 3 and Senior Secondary (SS) 1 & 2 Students in any secondary school (Private and Public) in Nigeria.
Quiz Coverage
Based on the Computer Studies Curriculum approved by the Federal Government of Nigeria and emerging trends in technology.
Guidelines
Applicants must be currently enrolled in any secondary school nationwide.
Each school must register at least two applicants.
A non-refundable registration fee of two thousand Naira (₦2,000.00) per applicant is required for online application.
Applicants must complete the competition application form on www.ncs.org.ng.
Submission of evidence of registration fee payment and electronic passport copy is mandatory.
Application portal opens on January 18, 2024, and closes on May 31, 2024.
State level competition: June 6th, 2024.
Zonal level competition: June 13th, 2024.
National level competition: July 20th, 2024, with results announced on the same day.
In case of tied scores, an additional quiz will be conducted to determine the winners.
Winners will be recognized and awarded during the NCS Annual Conference.
All costs incurred by participants are their responsibility; organizers will only provide prizes for awardees.
The decision of the panel of judges is final and not subject to appeal.
