HOW TO ENTER: "Like Smooch On Facebook" Facebook Competition starts May 4, 2016 and ends May 17 2016. To enter: you must first become a Facebook Friend of Smooch Energy Drink. You may enter only once . Entries must be received by 17/5/16 to be eligible.
PRIZE: Three (3) randomly chosen contestants will a free carton of 24 x 250ml cans of Smooch Energy Drink.
JUDGMENT: Winners will be selected randomly. The decision of the judges will be final. The winners will be notified through an electronic communication such as electronic mail, Facebook or SMS.
ELIGIBILITY: Open only to Nigerians who are 18 years of age or older as of date of entry. The prizes are to be collected in Lagos. Smooch Beverages staff and family members are exempted.
RELEASE: By participating in the competition, all entrants release, indemnify and hold harmless sponsor & others from any and all liability, injuries, claims, damages, losses, or causes of action of any kind, whether to property or person, arising directly or indirectly out of the acceptance, possession, enjoyment, use and/or misuse of the prize and participation in this competition including without limitation personal injury, death, property damage, defamation, infringement of intellectual property rights, and claims based on the rights of publicity, misappropriation of personality and privacy. Smooch Beverages Nigeria Limited reserves the right to disqualify and reject any and all entries considered unsuitable or unqualified for the competition.

The interpretation of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any and all disputes will be resolved individually, and without resort to class action, in the appropriate courts in Nigeria exclusively, and subject to the laws of Nigeria. Should there be a conflict between the laws of Nigeria and any other laws, the conflict will be resolved in favor of the laws of Nigeria.
