If a user does not want to be bound by the Terms hereinafter appearing they are requested to refrain from entering the Contest.
2. Procter & Gamble Nigeria Limited (“P&G”) is conducting a contest where girls are to submit an essay titled ;My Future Starts Today; My Dream Career’’ in not more than 500 words
3. This Contest is open for participation only to residents of Nigeria aged between 11-16 years on the day of participation.
4. The contest is open to only those who are currently enrolled in a secondary school in Nigeria
5. The employees of P&G, its agents, distributors, dealers and their immediate families are not entitled to take part in the contest.
6. Contest will be launched on 15th August 2016 at 12:00 HRS and ends at 12:00 Hrs of 1st of October, 2016. P&G may in its absolute discretion curtail or extend the Contest Period, as it deems necessary.
7. Select 100 winners will receive NGN100,000 in scholarship grand and up to 1 year supply of Always products plus a free mentorship session with a leading female character to guide them in their career of choice
8. Images are not subject to any copyright and participant is the rightful owner of the Image.
9. Participant can only submit their entries with an empty pack of Always at any of our designated centers nationwide. The lists of these centers are at the back of our flyers and on the Always Facebook page.

17. In the event where any participant becomes the winner of the Contest, the Winner undertakes to do any and/or all acts, deeds, matter or things and further execute any and all documents in such manner and at such locations as may be required by P&G in its sole and absolute discretion.
18. In terms of clause 17 as above, the Winner agrees to give a separate and free consent and to sign a release thereof for the use of her photographs and text as provided to P&G for the contest and the Images for P&G’s marketing and publicity on any kind of media, in the matter deemed fit in P&G’s sole discretion with no compensation or further recourse to the Winner.
19. All the submissions by the Participants/Winners, including their Personally Identifiable Information shall become the property of P&G. The Participants/ Winners specifically consent to usage of such PII and/ or, other submissions for future promotional and marketing activities of P&G, its Group/Associate Companies and authorized representatives.
20. If for any reason any aspect of this Contest is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of P&G which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Contest, P&G may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Contest, or invalidate any affected submissions.
21. Failure by P&G to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
22. P&G reserves the right to withdraw, change, alter & modify the service & whatsoever offered hereunder any time with or without notice; on Regulatory reasons and/or any other reasons without any liability to the Participant.
23. Selected Participant shall at P&G’s request and free of any charge, participate in any promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the receiving of the prize, and she specifically consents to P&G using her name and image in any promotional material.
24. P&G will not be liable for any loss, damage or cancellation of this Contest caused by events beyond their reasonable control including but not limited to acts of terrorism, war, natural calamities, floods, industrial action etc.
25. P&G and its respective Group /Associate companies and agencies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, incidental, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with this Contest or the acceptance or use of any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
26. The decision of P&G in general with respect to the Contest and the Terms & Conditions thereto shall be final and binding on all the Participant(s) and no communication shall be entertained in this regard at any time. 27. Any disputes arising on the contest would be subject to jurisdiction of courts in Lagos, Nigeria only.
